Hello.
I have a script that shows my current location in PMS message.
Is there a way prevent PMS message from being published on Facebook when it's changed via script, but still be able update my status on Facebook when doing it manually in WLM?

Unfortuntately not as it is controlled by your Live Profile settings. You'd have to update the settings then change the PSM then reset it.
