Unable to record - Printable Version

I am not able to record. I click on redord & it seems like it is recording but when I stop & look for the video in the folder, there is nothing in there. Also I tried to install the virtual camera, click yes after it asks me to install it, it says Driver not installed, video effects not available.
Please Help!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I have passed it on to the developers. What build of Messenger Plus! (for Skype) do you have installed and what version of Skype?

As a first step, if you do not have the most current versions and builds of Messenger Plus! (for Skype) and Skype 6, please make sure you upgrade. If there is still a problem, please let me know.
