RE: block notifier
No, because (and as you can read in many threads about the subject) blockcheckers don't work anymore like they used to. All blockcheckers worked via a bug in the MSN Servers; this bug has been fixed long time ago and since then blockcheckers became rather useless...

So, that's the reason why you will not find any functional blockchecker-plugin...

The easy way too find out if someones blocked you, is search block checker on google, but you need too know whether you think they're online first, which isn't that good :S

RE: block notifier
yeah... they all work exactly the same. They create a temporarly account and via that account they check if the user is online or not. This was possible because of the bug that MS forgot to fix.

So even if the person had "Tools > Options > Privacy > Only people on my allow list can see my status" checked, the blockcheckers still could find out if the person was online or not. And if he/she was online and you see them as offline, they have blocked you...

But this bug has been fixed, so if you check that option, all blockcheckers become rather useless because there is no way anymore in telling for sure if someone has blocked you...
