i have 7.5.0299 so how would i upgrade this considering i just re-instaled msn by downloading it from the msn site.

Can you be more specific, I'm portuguese.
But you want  to downgrade to Msn Messenger 7.0.0816

isn't that one a newer version. the one your talking about?

No, Msn Messenger 7.0.0816 is an older version of Msn Messenger. Most of people have it. And it is more stable !
While Msn Messenger 7.5 is a newer version, but has many bugs. And is not 100% compatible with Msg Plus.
But the new version of Msg Plus, (3.60) will be avaiable to download on 27 of September.
