Ok, I found a tool ConCon Retriever that can backup/restore/edit WLM content (emoticons, winks, backgrounds, etc). Also, on the same site you can find MCO Editor With that tool you can create/edit/import into WLM .mco backup files created by ConCon Retriever. With that tool you can batch add emoticons from a folder.
Maybe this info will help someone else too ;)
