Contacted Toshiba, they told me that it could be that I have to update my BIOS. I don't understand what the BIOS have to do with this issue.

Yeah I know, I have no issue with updating it. I just didn't think it had anything to do with my problem.
I Updated BIOS, no change. I also took out the battery and the computer runs fine. I think it's same to assume theres something wrong with my battery.
