I believe you are talking about floating desktop contacts feature?  This feature isn't available  in Messenger Plus! (for Skype).

I believe he's asking if it will be added in the futur or not.

We have it on the wish list.   It's not going to be in the next version of MSGPLUS! (for Skype) but is definitely one of the top popular features in MSGPLUS! for WLM. As you know and have explained well, certain new features cannot be done (yet) because of Microsoft's restrictions on modifying the Skype interface.
