If you can decode "ListCache.dat" (write a tabmanager for it) AND write a patch so that messenger doesn't download this anymore, but always uses the tabs in "ListCache.dat". THAT would be the ultimate solution...

I hope there is something in the ListCache.dat

If there isn't I'd like to know how to set up this type of service on my own server.

Cool!!! I finally get a Messenger Plus! tab, and more.
Actually, I did have the Neowin and MSN Fanatic tabs, until I started using MSN Messenger 6.1, and I sure did miss my custom tabs.
Anyways, great patch mentioned here. Although, I actually did use the Money tab, which I no longer have now, and would like it back, but at least that damb LavaLife tab is gone now, lol.

Wont it work if your future tab editor will just create a HTML webpage with custom tabs and shit, store it on your PC somewhere, and that use a patch of that HTML file as server URL?

Or, it will be also good if it will create that HTML file, and users will upload it for themselfs to somewhere on the Internet, and while patching they can just type in the URL of their own page?

Cuz' i really can't imagine myself all the thousands of people using your server (and you will get thousands for sure, as such a great thing will come on websites like mess.be (already did), neowin.net, etc. ...)

For the average user that would not be possible. Simply because it is quite a bit more complex than that
