Good News before New Year Great ...Sure its a new beginning

What was the rough way that you managed to get it to work? I'm interested in the more technical aspect rather than just "it works"

hey all , i do not know if anyone of you know me but i am also a programmer for msn , now if u guyz just say how u guyz made ur program work on xp with msn5 i would mostly be appreciated . if patchoo is willing to help on behalf of the team i am in we will be most appreciate of your guyz work and also work out together to become more friends with both teams !! thanx and hope to see an answer to this !

I'm not sure Patchou is gonna tell this.... he put many hard work in managing this, and then he would just give away his knowledge for free?

also, believe it or not, but Microsoft has it's reasons to de-activate the API... probaldy because of the "Evil add-ons" using them... if Patchou is gonna tell how he done it, those evil add-ons will start using it... Microsoft gets piss, an Patchou might get in problems.

11!?... i certeainly didn't found that much, i fact i found just one until now.

Could you email me the bugs you found, so i can test those on my PC too and report them (various people report bugs in various ways, this will speed up the fixing process for Patchou).

Keep in mind: We found way more then 11 bugs in MP2 with 4.7... 5.0 is build tottaly diffrent, finding that many bugs shouldn't be a problem (in fact it's good).

Couldn't this be the greatest news for new year?

It seems that I can install Msg5 in Window$ XP around Jan. 4!
(I'm afraid that Micro$oft will say one day :
"Sorry, but we no longer support Windows Messenger.")

Thx oh allmighty Patchou!! I was looking forward to see the results of the Plus! 2. But unfortunately I am using XP and so I couldn't use it on messenger 5. You are really a programming God!!
