Hopefully somebody could help me..
My problem is since it got SPNG my custom emoticon window doensnt work. It cant get to it..not with msn en not in a conversation..does anybody could help me?
i'd already tried to re-install but doensnt work..

Go to Plus > Preferences > Message helpers > Quick icons, and tick both checkboxes. Was that the emoticon window you were referring to?

No..I mean the general custom emoticon menu

You have to click that box, at Plus>preferences>message helpers> quick icons. (kinda what lopardo said.) If you read what that box says then it'll tell you why it needs to be checked in order for the thing you want to work. And im sure you mean...

yes..but thats not the problem ...The problem = i can't open the main custom emoticons window van msn messenger. Not MSN plus but the general messenger. I can't make my own emoticons because i can't open that windows in msn messenger..(it is nothing to do with with msn plus)

So, nothing happens when, in a conversation window, you go to Tools > Create custom emoticons*?
Try closing Messenger and uninstalling your Plus plugins and/or any other add-on.
If that doesn't work, uninstall Plus and try again.
If that still doesn't work, do a clean reinstall.
