I hate the way the download progress is viewed, you always have to go back search in the text and when you found it, the one you are chatting with writes something back and you go whole down again.

I guess it would be better that the status would appear between the picture of your contact and the one of yourself, at the right of your chatting window. They don't have to be big, as you must be able to have 3 statusses viewed together, it's just gotta be useful.

Well if you use File Transfer Plus Beta to send files you get a window outside of msn that is there till the transfer is finished. You can find File Transfer Plus Beta here.

thats a great idea!
Yeah having to scroll back to see tha tranfers process sucks.

I'm not sure it works with MSN Messenger though
