How can i get my display name have background colours?

[a=Number Colour Code]TEXT HERE[/a]

example:
[a=45]Fuse[/a]

would have a orange background

[a=45][c=48] Fuse [/a][/c]

would have orange background and blue writting

you can also have a gradient background:

[a=colour code] TEXT [/a=colur code]

example:

[a=20]Fuse[/a=21]
