deleted and added them all again. ie. deleted the custom emoticons folder from the local settings folders..... no progress

I have the same problem (I took the new final 7 version of MSN Messenger, the problem is still here).

Does anyone know if a new Plus! version will be soon released to fix this bug ?

Problem found and fixed, thank you for your reports :).
The fix will be part of version 3.51 that will be released in a couple of days.
