O.P. Uninstalling Programs
How do you uninstall something that isn't on the control panel "add or remove programs" list?

Edit: There isn't an unistallation file in the program file.

RE: Uninstalling Programs
Go the folder in C:/Program Files/{Name}, there should be an uninstallation file in there.

RE: Uninstalling Programs
Look also in the program's menu in the start-button menu.

It is quite possible that the uninstaller is Windows' own standard uninstaller, and that there is only a uninstall log file.

Can you list all the files which are in the program's directory?
Also, about what program are you talking about?

We need to know this as it may be important, did the program have a full installer or was a plugin or something?

If you can't uninstall it, (although it isn't reccomended), delete the files manually. Make sure the program isn't running when your deleting the files.

The program is  "The All Seeing Eye". It's in C:\Program Files\The All-Seeing Eye and the short-cut was in C:\Documents and Settings\{user account}\Start Menu. There are no other folders there. I got it ages ago to play games that needed gamespy.

RE: Uninstalling Programs
There are some setup programs, that if you open the setup and the program is already installed, they show an uninstall option (like MSN Messenger)

Did you try opening the setup file?
YouTube closed-captions ripper (also allows you to download videos!)

I just opened it then and found the uninstall option there. Thanks ;)
The first time I opened it, it was trying to download new options, so I didn't check if I could do that.

Problem Solved.
