O.P. Photoshop Elements Error
Why do I get the error "Could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization information"

I can't re-install it to fix the problem... is there any registry keys that might fix the problem?

Thanks, but it didn't work :( I did try google, but no luck. I was wondering if anyone had Photoshop Elements here and could tell me the registries to see what I was missing.

Oh well. I probably won't be able to get it working :( A while back, my computer had a problem and to fix it, programs were uninstalled and got all messed up so now I have lots of things like that :(

When I go into the folder and check the properties of the application starter, it says version: 1.0.128.0 so I don't think that is your version.
