If you'd asked me a year ago I would have been certain but now it's a choice between two:

Carly Simon - You're So Vain
and
Peter Frampton - Do You Feel Like We Do? (the 14 minute live version from his 1978 San Francisco gig specifically).

I have three which I can't choose from:

Mandy Moore - Top of the World
No Doubt - Don't Speak
No Doubt - It's My Life

The Who - Wont Get Fooled Again (you might know it as the theme to CSI: Miami). Its a great bit of rock music (7-8mins of). Loads of drums and guitars, but playing to a tune, not just a complete noise.

My other favs are: The WHo - Who are you, and Oasis - All Around the World.

My favorite song at the moment - The Importance Of Being Idle by Oasis <3
