[case 1]Frame shown
if you have tabbed windows and rightclick on te tab BAR a menu shows similar to the menu shown on up, down controls
[case 2]Frame NOT shown
the menu does not show when you right click on the bar but it does on other colntrols on the bar...
is this intented or a missed command by Patchou !
Shouldnt the menu show in both cases ?

Window Manager is discontinued, for WLM try the new, Enhancer for contact list docking, auto-hide, hide taskbar button, remove button flashing and remember keyboard layout in conversation windows
