yes that is true, but it would only be a typo if the creater of the rss ment to too mean a diffrent thing it can mean 2 diffrent things:

1. Information about Messenger Plus!, an add-on for MSN Messenger.
That would mean info about MsgPlus; Discribing what msgplus is: an add-on for MSN Messanger

2. Information about Messenger Plus!, and add-on for MSN Messenger.
That would mean info about MsgPlus; and its a add-on for msn messanger. But it is wrong if you wanted it to say that then you would need it to be: Information about Messenger Plus!, and an add-on for MSN Messenger.Witch would make no sense so that is a typo, and should be fixed
