it happens only in the msn messenger while send a file for example

Download TweakUI (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powe...s/xppowertoys.mspx) and rebuild the system icons.

i have the same issue. it goes away after a while in here - it's not really important. it's usually after another file had already been sent
