I really MISS the SpeakIt plug-In from the old Plus. Can any one create a new one for Messenger Plus! Live?

I would be very happy and pleased if someone would. I would try but as i am not a programmer i don't think it would work.

If anyone does you have my thanks!!!

Release: +Speech

Actually, +Speech does not accomplish the same function as RDM Speech. At least from what I read. But I did already post a request for this script in this forum, so you didn't need to make a new thread

+Speech as far as I know, will relay every message you get through MS Sam, but RDM Speech will only do that if the message has the /xspeakit command before it. (So I won't head MS Sam unless me, or a contact send a command  with /xspeakit.

What you have to realize tho is that the scripting engine isn't the same as the Plugin engine. We dont have the ability of using RecieveNotify to do that anymore, it would be much more difficult to do what your looking for. Unless /xspeakit was locally on the computer then its doable. But if it was to have it read on the contacts computer your looking at a near impossible feat.

Well even that would be fine.  I think RDMSpeech needed both people to have the plugin aswell, so even that would be fine.

Its not like RecieveNotify where we could send a command with a code and text and have the plugin on the other end react to it.

Thats what I was refering to.

/xspeakit wasn't a command of RDM Speech, but from my old plugin Speak it!

Now I created +Speech. I could build a command like /speak into it, but I'm not sure whether it would be useful. Could you try to explain as clearly as possible why you'd like to see this feature?

Well, me and a couple buddy's used it with MP!3, where if he was playing a game, and wouldn't receieve notifications, or nudges, we would /xspeakit to them and they would here the message without having to minimize or anything, and it wasn't every message, only select ones.
