i tryed following the instructions i copy pasted the xml file code into an xml editor and saved under the specified filename i edited the script exactly and yet i still cant get this early basic script to work can somebody please take a look to see what i am doing wrong.

try that

first your XML file was saved as ASCII not Unicode, it needs to be unicode to work

second you had some stuff missing from your <interfaces> tag


thrid you miss spelled Version in your <window> tag

thanks i saw all the mistakes now that you pointed out where they were, thank you i should be able to avoid making those again.

PS. by the way the only mistake that was actually mine was the mistake of saving in ASCII the 2 coding mistakes are actually from the code as writting in the scripting documentation found on the scripts page of this site so they may need correcting when somebody gets a chance, i have reported this to the mpscripts.net website forum under the suggestions section which can be reached by clicking the link below.
