With this new msn live...how in hell do i add a contact

To the right of the search contacts box is a small contact icon with a + symbol.  Click that.

Damn man, i just took a look at it, i typed an email in there and it gives me an error:
"You have previoussly added a contact who uses this instant messaging address. A contact's instant messaging address must be unique"
I am typing my own email address in their, because i want to add myself to the list, i need to try somthing.

Well, find yourself and delete you in the list, then add yourself.
Make sure you're not blocked.

i can't add a new contact too

Don't know what 'ajoutez-le maintenant' means...

Delete the contact and add them again...

I try delete the contact and re-add. It doesn't  work.

Errr, by your picture, they are in your list, even though the chat window says not
