O.P. buying a new Labtop
hi im going to university and i need a labtop my budget is around 2000 USD


now i want a loaded one and i dont know what to choose right now im leaning against an alienware labtop

lol, well to be honest my main reason for not buying a laptop was performance based, desktop's on average are just better.

Both in performance and upgradeability. However, nothing beats computing on the move, and a laptop is ideal for that. Modern laptops (and for $2000 you'll get a good one) are really quite powerful beasts now.

Are you looking for a small laptop to make it really easy to move around or more for a desktop replacement?  I personally find the small ones too small but that's because I have big fingers :P

We need to know the kind of things that you are after in a computer before we can go around recommending anything.
