Hmm, different color Flashing Windows per Contact in the system tray... I like the idea It could be something for Patchou to consider building into Plus! maybe Suggest that.

There would still be no point. The contacts remain in their same order on the titlebar, just look for a flash on that section of the taskbar.

Well as said, it's unlikly something like that is going to happen, but i'm sure (and don't hold me to this!) that there is a way to change the sound of a messages recieved for different contacts..

If not, it would be a nice idea for a script.
