i'm running winxp pro sp2 and when ever i start the computer up i have the lagguage bar turned on no matter weather i turn it off before and restaert i just can't get rid of it can some1 help me?
open up the language bar so that it comes up on ur desktop ( click it and click show language bar) right click the acutal bar, settings, language bar button under preferences, at the bottom then uncheck show language bar on desktop.
You may also want to go to Regional & Language settings in the control panel, then click the "Details" button on the "Languages" tab and make sure that you only have one language (the one that you use ) installed.
You can also go to the advanced tab in this dialog and click "Turn off advanced text services" if you only use a single simple language (like English, French, Spanish, etc, but not Chinese, Japanese, etc).
