I was using my computer surfing around the net when all of a sudden it restarted itself and started to load up agian. But before it got to the windows screen it froze, so i restarted it. After i restarted it it brought me the the bios screen and freezes, it wont even load. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix the problem?

Do you get a [Stop fatal error message? Can you tell us specifaly what error you get? So like ablue screen? Because it depends on what blue screen you got

i didn't get a blue screen. the screen jus went black for like 10 mins so i restarted it, and every time i did it brought me up to the BIOS screen but it always freezes when it gets there

yes. kinda like yours but i havn't done anything to the computer
