for one thing, on the concept i have "cleartype" text, and that is only visible in ie7, and do you hava segoe ui installed?

speaking of fonts, is it possible to somehow implement the font into the website so people without it could still view it properly?

the bottom gradient is too steep, and the two top gradients need some sort of seperation

Use font-family: "Segoe UI", Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; which will show Segoe UI if you have it installed in other browsers.

http://www.netmechanic.com/news/vol3/css_no15.htm

it takes a hell of a long time to load the page with an embedded font though, so it's much easier just to use a different font :P
