I would just go and apologize for walking into their room. If your age is displaying right (you're 13?) this might lead them to give the infamous 'birds and the bees' discussion. As long as you are all comfortable about talking to each other, sit down and have a little chit-chat, reassure them that you'll remain clean until you get married (even if you really don't plan on it, they'll like that), you could just be all innocent-like and ask 'Umm, what exactly were you doing in there??'
