I'm too lazy to look some up myself and I wanna know if anyone's played any good ones.

Can anyone recommend any good Wii games to get?

I would recommend Red Steel, Zelda, and Wario Ware: Smooth Moves.
Those are the funniest ones.

Sorry if this somewhat strays from the topic, but what do you guys (who actually own the console) think of the Wii?

PS: I would prefer if there wasnt too much bias in responses :P

Eh the only Game i've seen on it is Zelda and Call of Duty 3, but CoD3 looks crap on it compared to PS2 and things *-)

My sister owns one, and i don't really like the graphics on it, yes the price tag is awesome but not my kinda console *-)

The Wii is amazing, it's fun in a box. The games are extremely good and it has a flawless, clean feel to it. However if you like gunning down ho's or joining the army, consider a Xbox 260 or a PS3 :P. Wii games are very adventurous and have a strong Japanese feel to them (which I like). Often the games being by Nintendo themselves mean they are close to perfect (in terms of the code), no silly glitches or limitations.

However there are two things about the Wii which I don't like. The storage is weak, although external storage is in development, a 256MB hard drive may put off developers. The Wii also lacks high definition support. However in terms of fun, it's amazing!
