Go to Start > Run
Type %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc and press enter.
You should see a file called Hosts, open this in notepad.
Now look for an entry which includes 'MSN' or other related sites and delete it/them. Make sure you make a backup of the file first.

RE: ~~Hosts Error~~
I've been having the same problem. I poked around in the HOSTS file, and found a couple entry's with Msn in it. But I"m not sure if they're really related to msn, or just some bs site.

adevents.msn.com
ads.eu.msn.com
ads.msn.com
rmads.eu.msn.com

Those are the four.

Edit:
Fixed it. Problem was my Time & Date.  It was set to 2006, not 2007.
