O.P. Huh?  Getting in Bios Settings
I have this stupid desktop that wont load my usb keyboard in order for me to hit the DEL key to get into Bios at startup. Is there anyway i could get into Bios to change my boot sequence? Thanks alot.  Hi all...:wave::wave:

I need to change the boot sequence in order for it to run from CD. I need to reload windows.

now you are making sense.

it could be any of the F# keys (unless it says press <del> to go into bios)

if it is <del>, then try tapping it continuously at bootup just in case your timing wasnt  correct.

...you need to press buttons to do things during the boot sequence?

lrac522: you need a PS/2 keyboard. however, once you're in to the bios options, you should see something to the effect of "legacy USB support." enable this to let you use usb keyboards in the future.

Woudn't be able to do any of your suggestions, reason, as I stated at first, both USB keyboard and mouse do not load until windows starts.

yes, but with most MoBo's, the checksum for the bios settings will be noticed to be different, and the config page opened by default.
I guess it won't help if your kb is still not working after that
