when I click the MsgPlusLive-423.exe to install MsgPlus it's gives me that error:
A fatal occured, the setup cannot continue.
Error code: 8005a

can someone help me with that?

What version of messenger are you currently using? (Help -> About in Messenger's Main Window)

I've downloaded again, it still shows the same problem.
I'm using messenger version 8.1.0178.00

OK I would:

1) Ensure Windows is up-to-date at http://update.microsoft.com

and

2) Clear your temporary internet files and then download Messenger Plus! again

Note: Only Email Patchou if the above fails.

I think you should e-mail Patchou.
E-mail is in the quote somewhere. I will try find more info.

Patchou the above topic is from 17/11/06. Have you found a solution to Error 8005? If so could you please sticky it under help & support or sticky a whole lot of common errors and solutions. Thanks Patchou.

This error could be caused by a font problem on your system and/or a GDI+ problem. You should attempt to repair your Windows.
