O.P. Is this pc worth its price?
Since my laptops screen is dead and now I have like back pain from crouching to the tv to much, (S-VIDEO) Im looking for a cheap pc that will last me like 6 months that can handle games like cs without crashing. I only have about $300-400 and came across this.

What i meant is if you're searching PC that doesn't have to be high end and must most importantly be cheap, then you're better of most of the time getting a nice second hand one (with higher specs) for an even cheaper price.

But yeah, i guess the one above is worth it's price. Note: Very cheap hardware for a very cheap price.

No, you can get a much better deal than that :P. I wouldn't get Vista Home Basic either, you're best off getting an XP machine, it's cheaper and your not facing limitations.

lol, try taking it without Vista, that will slice the price in half.
other than that, it sounds like a not so powerful, but nice computer.

Never used VIA x86s, but.. have you ever heard of a VIA overheating? :P
was put impeccably into words at DebianDay for me last Saturday, by Knut Yrvin of Trolltech - adults try something once, fail, and then are like "ffs this doesn't work". Children try, fail, and then try again, and succeed - maybe on the second, or even fifth retry. But the thing is that they keep at it and overcome the problems in the end.
