O.P. IDEA FOR NEW SCRIPT:run a program when anyboby changes the status
I'm searching a script (or plugin for MSN 7) to run a program when anyboby changes the status.

If it doesn't exist, it's a good idea for a new script ;)

Ummm what is the use of this?

Scripts are only available for Windows Live Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live. Messenger Plus! and MSN Messenger have plugins.

Which of the two are you referring to?

I have MSN 7 in a PC, and Live in other.
If I found a plugin or a script to do it, then I have solve my problem.

I want to run a batch file when some users connect to messenger.

I have thought it a lot of time ago, maybe 2 or 3 years...

10 years ago, I had an script running in background in a Unix server, and  when some friends started session, this script sent me an email, and we can chat (using talk util)

Hello!!!
Take a look here: http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=70780&pid=832264

It is a script that can run any command on a specified event, generated by your contacts. So you could just put "/run C:/file.exe" for example
;)
