Anyone know a program that will convert pretty much any video to ipod format, for osx?

AFAIK iTunes doesn't necessarily like any old format. its MP4, MOV or nothing.

My friend uses a program called movie clone 4... He says it's pretty good, although not sure how much he paid for it.
