O.P. blocking an email domain
i get alot of spam from a specific email domain in my gmail account and i want to completely block the whole domain because each message has a different ID. is there a way to do this on gmail?

Settings > Filters> create a new filter:

From: domain.com > Next Step > Tick "Delete It" >> Update filter.

Should do it.

i did this but when i do a test search it comes up with no results :(

Are you sure that you filled out the form correctly and that there is mail from the domain in your account? I just tested a filter like that (mail from one domain) and it worked correctly. Maybe the mail has dodgy address headers (from, reply-to and more).
