No , Patchou has Messenger Plus! copyrighted. They are using Messenger plus without the ! so they cant get in trouble. This was mentioned not to long ago. Infact they also have a plus for ICQ that adds a menu

I could certainely attack the creator of this software for this, but I won't do it... I'm not like some of these companies who enjoy causing troubles to others. This addon is for AOL Messenger, it doesn't cause me any problem and doesn't try to copy my features. Let it be
