and if i close the chat window it gose to the tray
and no flashing on task bar if mes. came or anything in the task bar

in a breif .. a script to keep the messenger very hidden just keep it in the Tray

See, most of the options you'd like to have are included in Messenger, Plus! preferences, or in a script already.
  • Messenger toasts can be switched off at Tools > Options > Notifications.
  • Plus! toasts can be switched off at Plus! > Preferences > Customize! > Notifications, and at other similar tabs in MPL prefs.
  • Contact list can be hidden from taskbar with Enhancer.
  • Same is valid for taskbar Conversation button flashing upon new chat messages.
Regards,

lock messenger is your thing.  It minimizes to the tray, does all that, and even changes the icon so that even more observant people wont realise its messenger running.

RE: need to Prevent pop-ups
surely hiding the messenger with the messenger plus boss protect/lock messenger feature does all you'll want/need then?

It hides all messenger windows in the system tray and changes the icon to one of your choice (default is a networked hard-drive icon) it can then be unlocked with a double click or another shortcut and you can even have it only unlock when a correct password has been entered. There are no pop ups, alerts, sounds or notifications of any presence of messenger (except for in the task manager)

To get to the Lock feature you need to go Plus > Preferences > Messenger(along top) > Messenger Lock(down the side)

This'll give you all the options to do with this feature.
