I've personally found that silverlight videos load smoother than flash videos, in both Vista and XP Pro running IE7 and Firefox. It's a new platform, it's going to take getting used to. I'm no coder, but rather a user of flash and silverlight. Flash is what millions of users are used to, so of course with change comes time  . |

I only found it difficult to use because installing it was a traumatic process . I want a click and to be done; not a long waiting process and endless pages of instructions and having to restart constantly. |

It shouldn't be hard at all, you run the installer, accept the user agreement, it shows you the percentage it's at, and it's done. You don't even have to restart your browser  . |
