I am also getting error 81000395 and I haven't got the Web Shield option in my AVG Free Edition. How do I fix it in AVG Free Edition?

UPDATE: Today all my MSN accounts are fine, I'm able to sign in normally, it fixed by itself (I did not change any of my PC's settings). On a separate note, I do have AVG Antivirus but the issue wasn't related to AVG as I only use it for on demand scans (I even have the AVG service disabled), plus there's no Messenger Protection compoinent in my AVG. The issue was most probably caused by temporary MSN server shutdown. Thanks everyone.
