O.P. Sync new pc's iTunes with old pc's iTunes?
right, so i have an old computer which used to be my music station, where i would dock my ipod etc.... im copying all of my music over to the new computer but i dont have anyof my ratings or playlists or playcounts etc.

is there a way to syncronise the itunes libraries? or even just a way to get my ratings etc back...

:-( if i have to redo all of my playlists im gonna be screwed!

copy iTunes Library.xml and iTunes Library.itl to the new computer and run itunes while holding down shift. don't let go until a dialog pops up asking if you want to choose a new library file and navigate to the .itl file you copied over. tada.

but the files all have different paths, wont that cause problems?

i had to move my music over to a new hard drive because of space problems, so on my old pc everything is e:/my music....

but on the new on it is the default my music folder on the c drive...
