Oh, yeah, derivative works are pretty common... in deviantart for example, there are TONS of them.

No matter how minimum details are, someone may have spent hours doing it. You should ALWAYS ask for permission, at least.

Ah, that explained why messenger would shutdown here.

After setting the chat background to none, messenger doesn't quit anymore.
