when does the newest version of plus live coming in dutch? It is there but only in english.

and the tabbed chatting is also working!

If you are refering to the sound that plays on your contacts computer when you sign in then no this wouldn't be added as there is no direct communication between the two computers. Plus! would have to transmit the sound file to your computer. The way Microsoft did it is by downloading the file from the server.

I guess Patchou could use the sound server for this but obviously they would need Messenger Plus! to hear the sound.

There have been a number of people on IRC complaining that the RC is not working, and they are unable to revert back to an older version even after uninstalling the RC. The installer for the older version states that a newer version is still installed.

The solution for this is to first uninstall all other Windows Live programs. Next, download Windows Installer Cleanup and remove all Windows Live components that appear on the list.

This should now allow any other Windows Live version to be installed.

I had a problem with this... You have to un-install all the new Live stuff at the same time and then install 9.0 (I installed 8.5 first and then upgraded. At first I only removed WLM and then tried to remove the rest and it didn't work

have you guys noticed that the limit of 5 emoticons has dissapeared from this version???

btw I noticed a bug regarding skinning... if you apply the skin that release Willz to modify toasts to Wave 3 style... you will see that the toolbar in convo will be no longer with transparency but with a plain color... and he doesn't modify anything there... so maybe Plus! has just eliminated some setting of this trying to skin WLM...

I meant that for example maybe the value of transparency has gone... and that's why there is not transparency anymore in that bar... this was a conclusion Willz and I get from this behavior...

Aaargh i can't await the new version of Plus! and the compatibility with WLM 2009...

Are there any statements of Patchou when he is going to release it??
