About a month back i downloaded Windows Plus! Add-on to my Windows IM 8.5 anyway i downloaded a script and after about 20 minuites it would'nt let me into MSN so i downloade "Widnows live messenger" and it says this when i click Sign in "Windows live communication platform has stopped working"then in small print is says it will notify me if a solution is availableHere is a link of my problem Note:this is my exact video(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYUvIG4vLWk) Cheers, Hutton.

I use a standalone installer, not the full installer from windows live, the error you are getting means some part is not installed properly. Try installing this file see if it helps:
