How do I delete applications from the Itouch?

Put your finger on the application and hold it there for a few seconds, after that, all the icons will like....shake, lol. They will have an X a the top left iirc. Click that

iPod Touch, please =P
Anyways, press and hold an App icon until the all the App Icons start to move, then simpl click the "X" above the App.
