If you've already got your domain, then for hosting use No Wires Ltd, they're a UK company that offer hosting solutions from £14.99 per year, which is probably perfect for you. Plus they're really on the ball and have excellent support, I use them for everything, and they're perfect.

I'm looking at swapping over to No Wires Ltd now my Dreamhost account has run out...

When changing my domain over it asks me for the EPP code... fair enough, and has an optional tick box, costing £1 that is "DNS Management"

what is that?
