We aren't going to the mall and we're not going into Harvey's (although if you want to, feel free).  We're just deciding on a meeting place to begin the evening.

Of course if we could decide another location specifically where we're going, that would work too; here's what I've read so far in this thread and some ideas off the top of my head (please add more):

• Jack Astor's
  
• The EX/CNE
  
• CN Tower
  
• Toronto Islands

Plenty of other places to eat of course, and plenty of famous places to just walk around. 

CN tower is rather expensive for what its worth, been there once, and its not that exciting. Dinner at jack astor's sounds fun (so long as Patchou pays ). not sure what the EX is about, i'm guessing fair rides? Islands are fine by me too.

so um.. books for college cost a hell of a lot more thank I thought it would. I'm only coming Saturday. I think driving will end up cheaper than taking the train so the extra 1 or 2 hours to get there will have to be done. Um... But I need to be sure this will be worth it. I'd be spending money I pretty much don't really have so what do you guys think you'll be doing saturday evening/night? and is there anywhere I can park my car for cheap or for free?
I really want to come but money is tight so I gotta make sure I won't be spending too much there either and I really want this to be worth it!
