No-one needs to be "on" this.  The feature isn't there.  It's been removed from the beta version of new WLM and so the data isn't being sent and received by the servers anymore.

Wait until WLM 2011 final comes out and then you can see whether the reverse lists are in there....if they are, then the feature works and is likely to be in Messenger Plus! Live 5 when it's released.....if not then it will be removed.
