Just born.  Born 1 month premature actually.  They just took him out of the incubator today. (He was quite large for a premie. 2700 something grams)
Yes, sleepless nights are no doubt very close.

Well, I imagine that they would use a petri dish or something similar for IVF.

For those that don't know, IVF stands for InVitro fertilization which means that the egg is fertilized out side of the body and then put back.

Congratulations!

Sleepless nights are tough, but driving back and forth from the hospital is probably even more tiring.

I hope he grows nicely and you'll have him home soon.
