On a previous version im sure there was a feature to imitate the person you were talking to, is it still available on the latest download, as it doesnt mention it?

The imitate feature is from, and currently available in, Messenger Discovery.

There has never been an imitate feature in Messenger Plus! natively. There are several Plus! scripts and alternative Messenger add-ons which do this though. Unfortunately the imitate scripts have been removed from the scripts DB on Microsoft's request: Microsoft requests 'Cloning' Plus! scripts to be removed.
